My philosophy
So often it seems that, when it comes to spirituality, you have to make a choice between the dogma of religion or the vagaries of fantasy and make believe. THERE IS A MIDDLE WAY!
My approach is to give you tried and tested tools and techniques which achieve real results to empower you to find what works best for you. I won’t tell you what to do, how to think or what to believe. Instead, I’ll support you in figuring out where your path lies and help you develop the ability to travel along it effectively.
Think of it as woo without the woo woo. I aim to inspire you to reclaim ownership of your spiritual journey and know that what you’re doing has basis in reality, not fantasy, enabling you to connect with Spirit in a way that’s meaningful to you.
